Return Policy: All sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for products damaged in transit.
Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at info@vidadropsusa.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged product to alert us. We’ll send you a return shipping label so that you can get it back to us. (All products being exchanged because of damage must be returned; no exceptions.) As soon as we receive the damaged product, we’ll get a replacement out to you!
Lost or Stolen Packages: Vida Drops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address. If you’d like to investigate further, we’re happy to provide delivery confirmation to the address provided, the date of delivery, any tracking information, and all available shipping carrier information.
